Working at my alma mater, Wright State, as a contracted crafts person was so much fun! I loved working with our designer, George Sarofeen, and the shop manager, Carly Kimmins, to create some lovely craft pieces for "Alice by Heart," directed by Greg Hellems.
Here I've included just a few photos of some process shots while making:
The King of Hearts: Sash, crown, medallions (and jaberwock changes)
The Queen of Hearts: Crown
The Queen of Diamonds: Crown
The Caterpillars: Quilting help, tie applications, and hand stitching
The Cheshire Cat: bandana, hat, fake pocket for "magic dust."
The Mad Hatter: dimensioning of the collander hat
The March Hare: Wiring his "ears" on his cap
As well as assisting with various stitching, draping of the duchess, and assisting students with further crafting guidance.

During the pandemic, I invested in a cricut and started to make some vintage Hoover vacuum bag reproductions with the help of a friend who is a Hoover collector, and also started making some personal merchandise for some bands I like since they're never available in my size. I still have much to learn with cricut tricks but I've enjoyed the projects I've started!
